Program members are offered the following unique opportunities:

• Issue of a personal Special Guest club card
• Entitlement to special prices for visits to Atrium Palace Hotel
• Use accumulated bonus points to get pleasing awards
• Pass on/give the Special Guest card to your folks, friends, and acquaintances.

The Special Guest program includes:

• Atrium Palace Hotel
• La Ronde Restaurant
• The Vienna Cafe
• Lounge Cafe and City Bar

Terms of the Special Guest card issuance

• Payment of a bill at the Vienna Cafe, City Bar, and Lounge Cafe for the amount of 2,500+ roubles.
• Payment of a bill at La Ronde restaurant for the amount of 3,500+ roubles.
• Payment for a function at any division of Atrium Palace Hotel for the amount of 150,000+ roubles.
• Staying at Atrium Palace Hotel more than six times.

The Special Guest card is a progressive one. The discount amount increases in proportion to the amount spent.

Each 15 roubles spent at Atrium Palace Hotel divisions add 1 bonus point to the card account.

The amount of discounts granted:

The Special Guest card holders are offered a 10% discount for staying at Atrium Palace Hotel.

Using Special Guest program bonus points

By becoming a Special Guest card holders you get the opportunity of not only enjoy the comfort and quality of Atrium Palace Services but also convert the accumulated points into pleasant rewards and compliments!

You are entitled to ordering a reward which corresponds to the amount of bonus points credited to your account. At your discretion, you can use the accumulated bonus points in full or in part.

Awards for the Special Guest program members

4,500 points –

• 20% discount for visits to the Fitness Centre sauna on weekdays 5pm to 8pm, on weekends 11am to 1pm and 5pm to 8pm;
• 1 hour of play at the Billiard Club
• A box of branded sweets from The Vienna Cafe.

7,500 points –

• A certificate for a visit to The Vienna Cafe or City Bar (for 2 persons) for the amount of 2,000 roubles;
• A 1.5 kg branded cake from The Vienna Cafe.

15,000 points –

• A certificate for a visit to La Ronde restaurant (for 2 persons) for the amount of 5,000 roubles;
• A 10% discount for an annual Fitness Centre gold club card.

21,000 points –

• A weekend at Atrium Palace Hotel for two guests in a Standard+ Single room;
• A 10% discount for purchase of an annual Fitness Centre family club card (for 2 persons);
• A Billiard Club card (45 hours of play).

27,000 points –

• A Wedding Weekend at Atrium Palace Hotel in a Studio room.

When the bonus has been used, the amount of points at the guest's account is reduced by the number of points equivalent to the reward selected.

Warning:

• Membership in the Atrium Palace Hotel Regular Customer Incentive Program is available to individuals paying in cash or by credit card.
• Atrium Palace Hotel reserves the right to change the amount and procedure of offering discounts and bonuses as well as terminate the Program with notice to members 1 month prior to termination.
• Discounts on the Special Guest card are only offered upon presentation of the card before bill payment. If the card is presented after the bill is closed, no claims will be accepted.
